Successful companies will be those that realize "the customer is the center of the universe", no matter which continent that customer is on and by what mode he or she accesses a site. "Translate and localize" should be the mantra of those with global ambitions. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, he says, "If you make a big promise to your customers, you will have to deliver."
